Phulku Seva Sansthan is a non-governmental organization established on 12 April 2003, working to improve the lives of rural communities in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The organization promotes sustainable livelihoods, farmer empowerment, women's self-help groups, sanitation, and community development. With support from government departments and NABARD, it has successfully implemented livelihood and rural welfare initiatives across the region. It also supports Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to strengthen agriculture, dairy, poultry, and forest-based livelihoods. Through its dedicated efforts, Phulku Seva Sansthan continues to empower rural families and promote sustainable development.
